Dr. Uzoamaka Iloabachie, professionally known as Dr. Uzo, is a trained Aesthetic Dermatologist and Laser Specialist. She acquired training internationally through notable medical professionals and leading medical professional organizations in the fields of Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology and Laser therapies, even as she has also been certified academically by prominent institutions around the world.

Dr. Uzo graduated from Abia State University Uturu, Nigeria with an MBBS degree. Thereafter, Dr. Uzo underwent several academic and educational instructions in the speciality areas of Dermatology and Aesthetic medicine. She obtained a Medical Master’s degree in Clinical Dermatology from Kings College London, UK. Additionally, Dr Uzo is a recipient of the GEST Fellowship in Cosmetic Dermatology from the Miller School of Medicine, University of Miami, United States of America. 

Being very passionate about education in Cosmetic Dermatology, Dr. Uzo further explored the nexus between Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetic Dermatology by becoming a board-certified physician with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Additionally, her desire to attain best practices in Medical Aesthetics led her to seek complementary education in a Master of Science degree in Aesthetic Medicine from Queen Mary, University of London, UK, graduating with distinction. Furthermore, Dr. Uzo is actively working towards attaining fellowship certification in Aesthetic Medicine from the European College of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery.

Dr. Uzo is professionally affiliated nationally and internationally with colleagues and mentors through memberships in ten medical associations, most of which are at the forefront of the development and evolution of the broader field of medicine, specifically, Aesthetics, Dermatology and Laser.
